AgentLocator CRM & Website Platform — Releases 1.95 to 2.47
Every feature,
by what it solves
for you.
All 111 features across every release, organized around the real problems agents face. Not a changelog — a guide.
Getting more leads — and knowing where they came from
Capture every visitor, track which page or campaign converted them, and keep fake leads out of your database from the start.
12 features
Website search understands area and community names — not just cities
Visitors can type familiar neighbourhood or community names directly into the main search bar. Previously these only worked inside “More Filters,” so leads left when they couldn’t find what they were looking for. Now they stay and register.
WatchBlock fake phone numbers on registration forms
A Twilio-validated registration form template prevents leads from submitting invalid phone numbers like “1234.” Only real, valid numbers get through. Free to use, available in Site Manager.
WatchForm submissions tracked to the exact page, not just your site
Every contact form now records which specific page generated the lead — so you can see which blog post, listing page, or landing page is actually producing conversions.
WatchShowing request modal triggers after 3+ views of the same property
When a lead views the same property 3 or more times, a “Book a Showing” popup appears. You get a CRM notification and an auto-note with the requested time. Fires only once per property per lead.
WatchRegistration form trigger options and templates
Control when the registration form appears: immediately, after N property views, or after N photo views. Multiple form templates available. Form locks the screen to focus the lead on registering.
WatchAutocomplete suggestions in the search bar
As visitors type, the search bar suggests matching cities and neighbourhoods in real time — reducing dead-end searches and increasing registrations.
WatchOpt-in checkbox for CASL compliance on registration forms
An optional opt-in checkbox on the registration form lets leads explicitly consent to being contacted. Toggle it on or off from Site Manager Website Settings. Default is off.
WatchRegistration emails show which property the lead signed up on
Your new lead notification now includes the exact listing that triggered the registration — so your first call can start with context, not a cold introduction.
“Get in Touch” form requests appear as incoming emails in CRM
Website contact form submissions now land directly in your CRM inbox — no lead slips through because you missed a notification email.
Price range dropdown matches For Sale vs For Rent status
Price suggestions in the search dropdown are now dynamically set based on property status ($300K–$1.75M for sale). No more rental price ranges showing up on buyer searches.
WatchConsistent login modal across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Returning leads now see the same “Log In” option regardless of the device they’re using — unified experience, no confusion about how to access their saved searches.
WatchBlock a lead’s HomeLocator app access via CRM tag
Add the “Block Access” system tag to a lead profile to instantly disable their app access. They see a message to contact you. Remove the tag to restore access.
WatchFollowing up faster — and never dropping the ball
The right alert at the right moment. Stay on top of every lead without living inside your CRM.
11 features
8 new Zapier triggers for real-time lead changes
Pipeline stage change, email change, email validity change, phone change, phone validity change, incoming email received, name updated, new tags added — any of these can now instantly trigger an action in your other apps (FollowUpBoss, Slack, Google Sheets, etc.).
WatchAI bot sends you an SMS when a lead needs follow-up
Previously the AI bot only emailed you when flagging “Needs Follow Up.” Now it also texts you — so you catch it even when you’re not at your desk.
WatchTask reminders before the due date — not just when overdue
Set reminders at 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 1 day, or 1 week before a task is due. Choose SMS, email, or both. If 10+ leads share the same task time, one consolidated email goes out but individual SMS reminders for each.
WatchMass Emails: monthly remaining credits counter
The Mass Emails section now shows how many email sends you have left for the month. Plan campaigns in advance and top up before you hit the limit mid-send.
WatchActivity column shows N/A for leads who’ve never visited
Previously a brand-new lead showed a creation timestamp in the activity column, making them look active. Now it shows “N/A” until they actually interact with your site — so activity-based filters are accurate.
Mass Email Overview: track Unsubscribed and Replied statuses
Two new statuses in your Mass Email dashboard tell you who unsubscribed and who replied to each campaign — so you can refine messaging, reduce churn, and double down on what’s working.
WatchIncoming emails show only the lead’s message — not the full AL template
When a lead replies, you now see just their message in the CRM inbox — not the full AgentLocator notification wrapper. Click Reply and respond directly. Cleaner and faster.
WatchGranular control over which lead actions trigger an alert
Choose exactly which lead activities send you a notification — fewer irrelevant interruptions, better response time when a high-intent action actually happens.
Unknown callers and texts surfaced inside the CRM
If someone calls or texts your CRM number and they’re not yet in your database, the system surfaces their details — so you can add them and follow up without losing the contact.
Archive a lead and all their open tasks close automatically
No more phantom overdue tasks for dead leads cluttering your task list. Archive the lead and the system cleans up.
Pin the most important notes and calls to the top of a lead profile
Pin a key note or call so the next time you open a lead, the context you need is the first thing you see — not buried in a long timeline.
Giving buyers a better property search experience
Leads who can’t find what they want leave and don’t come back. Every improvement here keeps them on your site longer and matches them to the right listings faster.
14 features
Search dropdown scoped to your actual market area
Dropdown suggestions now only show cities and communities within your enabled boards — leads won’t see areas you don’t serve, reducing confusion and wasted clicks.
WatchCity name capitalization variants merged — no more split results
Listings split across “McDonald” and “Mcdonald” (or any capitalization mismatch) are now unified. Buyers see all matching results, not a partial list.
WatchPillar 9: basement filter split into 3 precise types
New filters: Basement Type, Basement Development, and Basement Features. A buyer searching for a finished walk-out basement no longer gets listings with unfinished crawl spaces. Existing Saved Searches auto-updated.
WatchTRREB: bedroom on main floor + garage availability filters
Two new Yes/No filters for commonly requested criteria — main floor bedroom (multigenerational families, mobility needs) and garage. Both help narrow results to what the buyer actually needs.
WatchSaved Listing Search setup: typeahead filter selection
When building a Saved Search in the CRM, start typing the filter name instead of scrolling through a long list. Faster SLS setup — especially useful on boards with extensive filter options.
WatchTRREB: Locker filter for condo searches
Condo buyers can now filter specifically for listings with or without a locker — a common dealbreaker for buyers in buildings where extra storage matters.
WatchTRREB: Scarborough, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Markham, North York, Thornhill as searchable cities
These six popular GTA areas were missing from TRREB’s official city data. Now searchable with polygon-based boundaries so results are accurate — not just approximations from adjacent municipalities.
WatchAll feeds: searchable typeahead dropdown for advanced filter selection
When a filter has a long list of values, a typeahead search box lets users narrow it down by typing. Faster filtering, better experience on boards with large option sets.
WatchRAE VOW: matching filters aligned with RAE feed
All filters available on RAE are now also available on RAE VOW — consistent experience across both, and Saved Searches work the same way on both platforms.
WatchRAE feed: rural acreage included in the Acreage filter
Rural properties were previously excluded when buyers filtered by acreage. Now they’re included — so acreage searches return all relevant listings, not just urban/suburban ones.
WatchProperty details page redesign
Modernized layout, cleaner information hierarchy, responsive on all devices, prominent imagery, and strategically placed calls-to-action — the listing page now guides buyers toward booking a showing.
WatchITSO VOW: expanded listing statuses displayed
Buyers now see a broader range of statuses beyond just Active — giving a more complete picture of what’s available and what’s recently sold in their market.
More data fields on full property detail pages
Additional fields from listing feeds now display on property pages — less back-and-forth between your site and MLS for buyers doing serious research before booking.
Maintenance/condo fee filter for RAE, ARR/Saskatoon and OREB feeds
Buyers can now filter by maintenance or condo fee range — useful for buyers on a budget who need to factor carrying costs into their search criteria.
WatchListing emails, seller tools, and your property marketing
Keep buyers engaged with automated listing emails, uncover hidden seller leads in your database, and take control of how your listings look online.
16 features
“Get Your Home Value” added to the bottom of every listing email
Every automated listing email now ends with a prompt for the recipient to check their home’s value — clicking takes them to your Home Worth page. One email, two audiences: buyers see listings, potential sellers see an invitation. Turns your buyer nurture sequence into a seller lead generator with zero extra effort.
WatchEdit your own listings directly — photos, video, virtual tour, open house dates
The “Update My Listings” tab in Site Manager lets you override listing details per website: description, photos, video (YouTube/Vimeo), virtual tour, inspection/brochure/survey URLs, floor plans, and open house dates. Original feed data stays untouched on other sites.
Listing Exposure Tool: “My Database Only” filter
Filter the exposure report to show only reach within your own CRM leads. Use this in seller presentations — show the seller exactly how many of your personal database match their property, not a platform-wide number that sounds inflated.
Sold Listings widget — showcase your track record on your website
Display your past sold listings on your site just like active listings. Builds credibility and positions you as an experienced agent to sellers who are evaluating who to list with.
WatchHome Worth notification includes full property details — sent to the right agent
Agents now receive full Home Worth submission details (address, city, home type) — not just a name and email. And the notification goes to the assigned agent, not just the website owner.
WatchFeatured Listings V2: show only specific agents’ listings per widget
Teams and brokerages can now configure each Featured Listings widget to display listings for a specific agent — useful for individual agent profile pages without affecting global site settings.
Pre-construction: choose specific or generic lead source per project
Leads from a pre-con project can be tagged with a specific building name as their source, or a generic pre-con source with the building auto-added as a tag. Eliminates needing to configure lead-sharing rules for every individual project.
WatchPre-construction listings on unbranded websites
Add pre-con projects to your unbranded websites the same way you do on branded sites. Full Site Manager support, same steps — expanded reach without extra work.
WatchSecondary phone and email on your agent profile and widgets
Add a direct line or personal email alongside your main contact info — displayed in website contact widgets so leads always have the right number to reach you.
WatchSource-specific tracking for pre-construction project leads
Leads registering on pre-con projects are automatically tagged with a source tied to that specific project — so you know exactly which building they signed up on without any manual tagging.
WatchPersonalise listing email subject lines
Write your own subject line copy for automated listing emails. Higher open rates start with a subject that doesn’t look like a system-generated alert.
More options for listing email send frequency
Choose how often listing emails go to each lead — match the cadence to their urgency rather than defaulting to the same schedule for every lead in your database.
Featured Listings widget: criteria combined with agent ID, brokerage, and city
The widget now properly combines listing criteria with agent ID, brokerage, and city filters — previously the criteria were only applied when the agent’s own listings weren’t enough to fill the widget.
WatchUpload pre-construction listings directly into CMS
Don’t wait for a feed. Upload pre-con projects manually to showcase off-market inventory and position yourself as a new build specialist.
TRREB: Kitchen Plus and Total Kitchens shown in property details
Larger homes and investment properties now display accurate kitchen counts — useful for buyers evaluating multi-unit or multigenerational properties where extra kitchens are a key feature.
WatchTRREB: additional filters and fields for commercial properties
New fields for commercial listings: Business Type, Industrial/Retail/Office/Total Area, Sprinklers, and multiple shipping door types. More detail for agents working the commercial market.
WatchAutomating the work that eats your day
Campaigns, AI follow-up, Zapier integrations, and shortcuts — so the right message goes to the right lead at the right time without you doing it manually.
18 features
Zapier: no more duplicate leads — existing records updated instead of cloned
When a lead comes in via Zapier with an email already in your CRM, the system updates the existing record instead of creating a duplicate. Tags are added without duplicating. The pipeline is updated only if the new value is higher than the current one. A system note records exactly what changed and when. Clean database, zero manual merging.
WatchZapier “New Lead” trigger expanded with richer lead data
The trigger now includes lead type, main agent, custom field values, seller’s city, zip code, and address — so your connected apps (CRMs, spreadsheets, notification tools) get the full picture when a lead comes in, not just a name and email.
WatchTemplate edits auto-propagate to all running campaigns
Edit a template once and every active campaign using it updates automatically — unless that campaign had its own manually customized version, which is preserved. No more pausing campaigns to sync a wording change.
Watch“At Registration” trigger now excludes imported leads
The “At Registration” campaign trigger now only fires for leads who signed up through your website — not imported contacts. Use “Always” if you want it to apply to any lead. Stops past clients from getting first-timer onboarding sequences.
Customise your account activation email
Edit the subject line, body text above the activation button, and footer of the activation email sent to new leads. Applied company-wide from Company Settings. Legal/unsubscribe content is protected and stays intact.
WatchLead sharing by board for corporate accounts
Corporate accounts can now automatically distribute leads by the board/area they signed up in — round-robin within agents who serve that market. Leads from unrecognized areas go to a designated fallback agent you configure.
Campaign filter: find leads whose campaign has Finished or Stopped
Quickly pull up all leads who’ve exited their campaign sequence — so you can manually follow up with the ones who never responded to automation before they go completely cold.
WatchZapier: update leads by email address instead of lead ID
The “Update Lead” Zapier action now matches by email — so syncing from ad platforms, form tools, or external CRMs keeps your AgentLocator data accurate without needing to track internal IDs.
WatchLead reassignment email includes metadata tags for CRM parser integration
When a lead is reassigned, the notification email now contains structured lead metadata — so CRM parsers like FollowUpBoss can automatically create or update the lead record on the receiving end.
WatchShortcode [LeadVisitedUserWebsite] for email and SMS templates
Personalise message copy based on whether a lead has visited your website — use it to trigger different campaign variants for hot leads vs cold ones, or segment them into separate sequences.
WatchAI bot: configure when it stops and hands off to you
Add custom stopping clauses — specific words or phrases (price, timeline, “ready to meet”) that tell the bot to stop replying and flag the lead for your personal follow-up. You control the handoff moment.
AI bot: auto-tags leads at Interested and Needs Follow Up stages
When the AI bot reaches a key stage in a conversation, it automatically tags the lead — keeping your dashboard filters, segments, and campaign triggers current without manual tagging.
Campaign editor: highlighted border on active edit + silent hours default
A clear visual border shows you exactly which campaign action you’re editing. When you enable Silent Hours, a default 9PM–9AM placeholder auto-populates — one less thing to manually configure.
WatchArchive a lead — all their open tasks close automatically
Dead leads clean up after themselves. Archive the lead and every pending task tied to them disappears from your list — no phantom overdue items for leads who will never convert.
Shortcode [LeadID] in email and SMS templates
Reference a lead’s unique system ID in templates — useful for webhooks, Zapier flows, and CRM parsers where a stable record identifier is needed to match the lead on the other end.
AI bot automated tagging at key conversation stages
Tags are applied automatically when the AI bot detects the lead is Interested or Needs Follow Up — keeping your segments and campaign entry conditions up to date without any manual work.
Customise listing email subject lines
Replace the default system-generated subject line with your own copy — a personal or curiosity-driven subject line significantly improves open rates on automated listing emails.
Additional listing email frequency options
Match the cadence to how urgently a lead is searching — more frequent for active buyers, less frequent for long-term nurture leads — instead of a one-size-fits-all default.
Running a team without losing control of your database
Assign leads, manage access, keep records clean when agents leave, and get your data in and out of the system efficiently.
15 features
Tasks auto-reassigned when a sub-user is deactivated
When you remove an agent from your team, all their open tasks move to the agent inheriting those leads. No follow-ups fall through the cracks during the transition — no admin work required.
WatchLead reassignment: automatic or manual access revocation
Choose whether a previous agent’s access is automatically removed when a lead is reassigned, or manage it manually from the lead profile. Full visibility into who has access to each lead at any time.
WatchLead import: update existing records — override or fill-empty-fields only
Choose whether new values replace existing data or only fill in blank fields. Control whether the welcome email is sent to imported leads. Bulk-update your CRM without contacting support.
WatchLead import: Notes and Tags can be mapped multiple times
Both fields can be mapped to multiple columns in your CSV — so leads with several notes or tags come in correctly without any post-import cleanup or merging.
WatchDashboard filters: ≥ and ≤ operators for numerical custom fields
Filter leads by numerical custom field values with greater-than-or-equal and less-than-or-equal operators — useful for budget ranges, credit scores, ratings, or any number you’re tracking in custom fields.
WatchNotes filter searches Call Notes too
The Notes dashboard filter now searches both standard notes and call notes in one go — find the lead from last week’s call without checking two separate sections.
WatchCustom fields — track anything your default CRM doesn’t
Create your own data fields: pre-approval status, referral source, preferred property type, buyer timeline, or anything specific to how you work. Importable via CSV, usable in filters and campaigns.
Custom fields supported in lead imports
Map CSV columns directly to your custom fields on import — so data from another CRM or spreadsheet lands exactly where it belongs without manual re-entry after the fact.
SMS unsubscribe no longer marks the phone number as invalid
When a lead unsubscribes from SMS via the Subscription Settings page, they’re removed from SMS only — their phone number stays valid in the CRM for other workflows. Previously it marked the number as system-wide opted out.
WatchTwo-factor authentication (2FA) enforced for all users
Email-based 2FA required on login from new devices. Your client database, campaign history, and personal data are protected even if a team member’s password is compromised.
WatchEmail template section: improved navigation and expanded search
The system remembers your last filter or search when you click Back. Search now covers template title and content — not just the subject line. Find templates faster, especially in large libraries.
WatchTraining courses link in the CRM navigation menu
AgentLocator training is one click away from inside the CRM — so when you or a new team member needs to learn a feature, you don’t have to go looking for it.
Site Manager tags: full names displayed + search bar in modal
Tag names no longer get truncated to a single letter or abbreviation. A search bar in the tags modal makes it fast to find and apply the right tag — especially useful when you have a long tag list.
WatchMLS Grid: duplicate listing images removed during pre-processing
When a listing’s images are updated at source, old/duplicate images are removed during pre-processing — so listings always show current photos, not stale duplicates from a previous upload.
Page redirect and parent category settings in Site Manager
Set up a redirect from any page to a different URL directly in page settings. Change the parent menu category of a page without contacting support. Both available in the same settings panel.
WatchRunning open houses — digital, paperless, straight into your CRM
Replace physical sign-in sheets. Every visitor registers digitally, lands in your CRM with tags and source already set, and gets an automated follow-up before you’ve finished hosting.
6 features
Digital Open House Sign-In Sheet — fully built into Site Manager
Create sign-in sheets tied to a specific MLS listing (property details auto-fill). Customize title, agent photo, background image, light/dark theme. Visitors register on a tablet or phone. Leads land in your CRM with source, tags, and lead type pre-configured. Automatically sends an account activation email and a Saved Search (200m radius from the listing) on registration. Reusable default questions include: working with a realtor?, reason for visiting, and a notes field. Full name, email, and phone are mandatory. Add up to 10 custom questions (single-select, multi-select, text input). Reorder by drag and drop.
WatchChoose which agent’s info appears on each sign-in page
For team open houses, select which agent’s photo and contact details are shown on the sign-in page per event — without affecting lead assignment, lead sharing, or any other CRM logic.
WatchUse CRM custom fields as sign-in form questions
Select any custom field from your CRM and add it as a question. Answers save directly into the lead’s profile in that field — not just a note. If the field already has a value, the new answer is added as a note instead of overwriting.
Address question type on the sign-in form
A new Address question type saves the visitor’s home address directly to their lead profile — not as a generic note. Useful for follow-up on Home Worth and seller prospecting from open house attendees.
Custom Form Widget: CRM custom fields as questions + Address question type
The same improvements that came to the open house form are available in all Custom Form Widgets — use any CRM custom field as a form question, and capture a lead’s home address in a structured field, not a free-text note.
WatchCustom Form Widget — build your own lead capture forms in Site Manager
Create forms without the support team. 3 page layouts available. Add custom questions (text, single-select, multi-select, date picker). Set lead source, tags, and type on submission. New leads are auto-created in CRM; returning leads get a note added to their profile. Agent receives a notification email with submitted data and a “View in CRM” button.
WatchYour website — faster to manage, better for SEO, easier to edit
Build pages, schedule content, clone layouts, and let Google find your listings — without needing a developer for any of it.
11 features
SEO-friendly URLs on pre-built search pages
Search pages now use clean readable URLs like /homes-for-sale-in-toronto — better indexing, higher click-through rates from Google. Switches to dynamic format automatically when a lead applies custom filters.
Listing page SEO: structured data, Open Graph, meta tags, title format
Individual property detail pages received a full technical SEO pass: JSON-LD structured data, Open Graph tags, resource preconnect, and a cleaner title format (Property Address | MLS® Number). Better ranking potential for individual listings.
Blog posts: schedule publishing and display publish date on site
Set a future publish date on any blog post — it goes live automatically. Posts now display their date on the website so visitors can tell how current the content is. Previously there was no date shown.
Clone any page in Site Manager with one click
Duplicate an existing page and keep its structure and styling. Useful for creating city/neighbourhood variations of the same template without rebuilding from scratch each time.
Blog images: toggle between formatted and original size
When you add an image to a blog post, new hover options let you switch between a formatted/resized version and the original dimensions — fixing cut-off images without external editing tools.
Mobile website: top and bottom navigation bars fixed in place
The header menu and the Liked/Saved/Recently Viewed bar are now sticky on mobile — they stay visible while scrolling. Previously they would disappear or behave erratically on some devices.
Featured Listings and Neighbourhoods widgets use H2 tags, not H1
Widgets previously used H1 tags, which could cause multiple H1s on a single page — a known SEO issue. Now they default to H2 for proper page hierarchy out of the box.
Site Manager: widget edit button always centred at the top of each widget
All settings/edit buttons and warning banners are now consistently positioned at the top centre of each widget — no more scrolling through a long widget to find the settings gear.
WatchRedirect and unavailable page templates redesigned
The 404 and redirect pages now use a clean, professional layout with clear messaging — the previous version showed a Travolta GIF, which wasn’t exactly on-brand for a real estate agent’s website.
WatchWebsite theme settings panel in Site Manager
Make smaller design changes to your website’s visual style directly from a settings panel — without needing a full customization request or contacting support for every minor style tweak.
Mobile website: spacing, padding, fonts, and footer improvements
General mobile UI polish pass — adjusted section spacing, consistent padding and margins, fixed font rendering across sections, and a corrected footer layout that was previously distorted on mobile.
Feed integrations, filters, and listing data accuracy
New boards, new filter options across every major Canadian and US feed, and data quality improvements so listings display correctly and searches return accurate results.
18 features
DDF: 12 new property filters added
Fireplace Type, Flooring Type, Land Amenities, Internet Type, Fireplace Fuel, Roof Style, Road Type, Basement Features, Roof Material, Fire Protection, Zoning Type, and Zoning Description — all now available as search filters on DDF listings.
Multi-feed filter expansions: Miami, Stellar, NTREIS, DDF
Miami: High School Name filter. Stellar: Levels filter (number of storeys). NTREIS: Jr High/Middle School Name. DDF: Unit Number filter (useful for excluding or finding basement units). All added in one release.
WatchNew feed: Victoria Real Estate Board (VREB)
Listings from the Victoria, BC area now sync directly into the platform — full integration for agents serving the Victoria market.
TRREB: Water Features and Property Access filters
Waterfront buyers can now filter specifically by water feature type and property access — reducing time reviewing listings that don’t match when location-to-water is a primary requirement.
WatchREBGV: Roof Type and Floor Finish Type filters
New filters for buyers who care about construction details — roof type (flat, gabled, metal) and floor finish (hardwood, carpet, tile). Helps narrow down results to properties that match specific preferences.
WatchITSO/ITSO VOW: Docking Type and Road Access filters
For cottage and waterfront properties — filter by dock type (private, shared) and road access type (private road, public, seasonal). Key criteria for buyers in recreational property markets.
WatchTRREB/PropTx: municipality and community remapping after OREB migration
When OREB switched to PropTx, raw data changes caused municipality and community filtering inconsistencies. This remapping fixes those issues so properties appear under the correct locations.
DDF: garage field remapped to Yes/No; Total Parking Spaces removed
Garage Spaces was showing “1” or “0” which confused buyers into thinking it was a parking count. Now it shows “Yes” or “No.” Total Parking Spaces removed as the data was unreliable.
WatchITSO/ITSO VOW: Common Interest filter
New filter for ITSO and ITSO VOW feeds allowing buyers to refine searches based on common interest criteria — adds another layer of precision to property searches on these boards.
WatchREBGV: lot size in square feet; Title to Land on sold properties
Lot size now displayed in sq ft to match industry standard and competitor practice. Title to Land information added to sold property details — useful for buyers doing due diligence on a property’s legal status.
WatchREBGV: address filter, maintenance fee and tax filters
Three new filters for Greater Vancouver buyers: search by address, filter by maintenance fee range, and filter by tax amount — all commonly used criteria in the REBGV market.
WatchITSO/ITSO VOW: maintenance fee and tax filters
Buyers searching on ITSO and ITSO VOW can now filter by maintenance fee and tax range — especially useful for condo and cottage buyers factoring in carrying costs.
DDF office feeds: Royal LePage Prime Real Estate and Riverbend Realty
Listings from both Royal LePage offices now sync automatically via DDF — agents with these offices get their listings populated without manual entry or third-party feeds.
OREB: site influences filter; MRED: school district/name filters; NTREIS: primary school name
OREB gets a site influences filter (proximity to amenities, environmental factors). MRED gets elementary, middle, and high school district and name filters. NTREIS gets primary school name filtering.
WatchMaintenance/condo fee filter for RAE, ARR/Saskatoon and OREB feeds
Buyers on these boards can now filter properties by monthly maintenance or condo fee range — a frequently requested capability for buyers budgeting their total monthly housing cost.
ITSO VOW: expanded listing statuses displayed
More listing statuses beyond Active are now visible on ITSO VOW — giving buyers a fuller picture of what’s available, conditional, or recently sold in their target area.
DDF office feed: Century 21 Carrie Realty
Listings from Century 21 Carrie Realty now sync automatically via DDF — agents at this office no longer need manual entry or a third-party tool to populate their listings.
DDF office feeds: Royal LePage Prime and Riverbend Realty integrated
Two new office-level DDF feeds ensure listings from these Royal LePage offices sync automatically and stay current without any manual work from the agents.
