Release 2.07.

New Features and Updates:

Outstanding Tasks on Archived Leads Will Automatically Be Closed

We are excited to announce a new feature in AgentLocator CRM that will make managing archived leads even more efficient. Starting now, any outstanding tasks connected to a lead that you archive will be automatically closed and will not re-open, even if you unarchive the lead in the future. This will help you keep your task list organized and up-to-date, without having to manually close tasks on archived leads.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Archiving a Lead: When you archive a lead, any tasks associated with that lead will be automatically closed. This will prevent any tasks from lingering in your task list for leads that are no longer active or relevant.

  2. Unarchiving a Lead: If you unarchive a lead in the future, the tasks that were previously closed will remain closed. However, you will still be able to refer to them in the future, as they will be saved as closed within the Lead Profile. This way, you can easily access historical task data for reference or reporting purposes.

  3. Streamlined Task Management: With this new feature, you no longer have to worry about manually closing tasks on archived leads or dealing with re-opened tasks when unarchiving leads. The system will automatically handle the task status for you, saving you time and effort in managing your task list.

New Lead Assignment Rule

We are excited to announce an update to our lead assignment rules in our software that will streamline the process of assigning leads to listing agents who are CRM (sub)users. Going forward, if a lead registers through a listing that belongs to an agent who is a CRM (sub)user, the lead will automatically be assigned to that listing agent. This will be done based on the Agent ID within the CRM User Preferences, so it’s important to ensure that the Agent ID is correct.

Here’s what you need to know about this update:

  1. Automatic Lead Assignment: When a lead registers through a listing that belongs to an agent who is a CRM (sub)user, our system will automatically assign the lead to that listing agent. This will eliminate the need for manual lead assignment, saving time and ensuring leads are promptly assigned to the appropriate agent.

  2. Overwriting Lead Sharing Policy: If a lead is automatically assigned to a listing agent who is a CRM (sub)user, any previously set Lead Sharing Policy will be overwritten. This means that the lead will not be shared with other agents or teams, and the assigned listing agent will have sole ownership of the lead.

  3. Next Lead Assignment: After the lead has been assigned to the listing agent based on the Agent ID within the CRM User Preferences, the Lead Sharing Policy will continue to be applied to the next lead, unless that lead also registers on a listing belonging to an agent who is a CRM (sub)user. In such cases, the automatic lead assignment based on Agent ID will take precedence.

  4. Ensuring Correct Agent ID: To ensure that the automatic lead assignment based on Agent ID functions correctly, it’s important to verify that the Agent ID within the CRM User Preferences is accurate. This will ensure that leads are assigned to the intended listing agent.

We believe that this update will simplify lead assignment for CRM (sub)users and help streamline your lead management process.
