CRM Update: Lead Reassignment and Access Management in CRM

We are thrilled to introduce a significant enhancement to our CRM that puts you in control of lead access when reassigning. This feature comes in response to specific client requests, offering improved lead management capabilities within your team.

Key Features:

  • Automatic/Non-Automatic Access Revocation: A new configuration option allows you to choose whether an agent’s access is automatically revoked or not when a lead is reassigned to another agent.
  • Access Management in Lead Profile: A new section within the lead profile provides visibility into all agents/CRM users who currently have access to that lead. Admin agents can manually revoke access from this section, except for admin agents or the currently assigned agent.
  • Administrative Control: Administrators have full control over lead access management, being able to manually revoke or assign access based on operational needs.

Benefits of the Update:

  • Fine-grained Control: You now have control over how lead access is handled during reassignment, providing increased operational flexibility.
  • Enhanced Visibility: The new section in the lead profile offers complete visibility into users with access to a specific lead, simplifying access management.
  • Adaptability to Internal Policies: The feature allows teams to configure the CRM according to their internal lead management policies.
  • Workflow Optimization: Administrators can efficiently manage lead access directly from the lead profile, avoiding additional steps.

How to Use:

  • Automatic Access Revocation (Default): By default, when a lead is reassigned, the previous agent’s access is automatically revoked.
  • Manual Access Revocation: Administrators can manually revoke or assign access from the lead profile, ensuring fine-tuned control.
  • Access Visibility: The lead profile now includes a section displaying all users with access to that lead.

CMS Update: Opt-In Checkbox for Lead Generation in CMS

We’re excited to announce a new feature in our CMS that enhances compliance and gives you more control over lead communication preferences. With the addition of an opt-in checkbox on the registration form, you can now ensure that leads explicitly agree to be contacted via call, email, and text.

Key Feature:

  1. Opt-In Checkbox on Registration Form:
    1.1. A new checkbox is added to the registration form, allowing leads to explicitly opt-in to receive communications.
    1.2. Text beside the checkbox reads: “I agree to be contacted via call, email, and text. To opt out, you can reply ‘stop’ at any time or click the unsubscribe link in the emails. Message and data rates may apply.
    1.3. This checkbox is designed to enhance compliance with communication regulations and ensure transparency with leads.

  2.  Site Manager Website Settings:
    2.1. A new setting is introduced in the Site Manager under Website Settings.
    2.2. The setting allows you to turn the opt-in checkbox on or off.
    2.3. By default, the opt-in checkbox is turned off to give you flexibility in compliance settings.
