- Users can set reminders for tasks at intervals of 15 minutes before, 30 minutes before, 1 hour before, 1 day before, or 1 week before the task is due.
- Notification Options:
- Reminders can be sent via SMS, email, or both, depending on the selected preference in the user settings.
- Bulk Notification Handling:
- If there is an exact task match for more than 10 leads, users will receive one consolidated email reminder for all tasks, but individual SMS reminders for each task.
