Update Details:

• The Garage Spaces field will now show “Yes” or “No” to indicate the presence of a garage. Previously, this field used values of 1 or 0, which could be confusing as it implied a count of parking spots rather than simply confirming the existence of a garage.
• Total Parking Spaces will be removed from the UI, as we do not have consistent or accurate data for this field.

This change improves the clarity of property listings by explicitly stating whether there is a garage, eliminating confusion regarding the meaning of the previous numerical values.

User Experience Improvement: This update adds a variety of detailed filters, allowing for more refined searches. These new filters will help us meet or surpass our competitors’ filtering capabilities, enhancing the user experience and enabling users to find listings that more closely match their preferences.
