A new filter is being introduced to allow users to filter listings by property access. This filter allows users to search based on the type of property access available, which can be a critical factor depending on client needs (e.g., private roads, shared access, etc.). This adds flexibility and specificity to property searches.

REBGV: New Filters for Roof and Floor Finish
New Filters Added:
Roof Type: Allows users to filter properties based on the type of roof (e.g., flat, gabled, metal, etc.).
Floor Finish Type: This option allows you to filter by specific types of floor finishes (e.g., hardwood, carpet, tile, etc.).
These additional filters allow users to refine search criteria further, making it easier to identify properties that align with their specific preferences or requirements.

ITSO/ITSOVOW: Filters for Docking Type and Road Access
Docking Type Filter: Users can now filter properties by the type of docking available (e.g., private dock, shared dock, etc.).
Road Access Filter: Properties can be filtered based on the type of road access available (e.g., private road, public road, seasonal road, etc.).
These filters allow users to refine their searches and focus on properties that meet specific docking and road accessibility requirements.

- Miami Feed – High School Name Filter
- Update: Users can now search for properties based on the name of a high school.
- Purpose: Improves search specificity for families prioritizing proximity to specific schools.
- Benefit: Helps users find properties near their desired educational institutions, catering to family-focused buyers.
- Stellar Feed – Levels Filter
- Update: Users can filter properties by the number of levels (e.g., single-story, multi-story).
- Purpose: Refines searches based on client preferences for property layouts.
- Benefit: Enhances user experience by allowing detailed property searches.
- NTREIS Feed – Jr. High/Middle School Name Filter
- Update: We have added the ability to filter properties by junior high or middle school name, improving the existing middle school name filter.
- Purpose: Expand school-related search capabilities to include a broader range of educational levels.
- Benefit: Attracts family-oriented buyers and improves search relevance for school-related needs.
- DDF Feed – Unit Number Filter
- Update: Users can filter properties by unit number, which is especially useful for identifying or excluding basement units (as “basement” is often mentioned in the unit number).
- Purpose: Allows more precise filtering for properties with specific unit designations.
- Benefit: Streamlines searches, especially for users looking to avoid or target certain types of units.
These updates improve user experience and add valuable search capabilities to meet diverse client needs.
