CMS Update: New Pre-Construction Projects Source Feature
We’ve made pre-construction project management even more flexible in the Site Manager!
What’s New:
Agents can now select their preferred lead source for each pre-construction project setup:
- Choose a specific source using the project’s name OR
- Select a generic source (like a website URL – pre-construction).
Why This Matters:
- If agents select a generic source, a tag with the building name will automatically be added to the lead profile.
- No more hassle of creating lead-sharing for every single pre-construction project! Perfect for agents managing large volumes or working in teams.
For agents who prefer unique building sources, don’t worry—this option is still available without disrupting your follow-up process.

We’re excited to announce municipality and community filtering improvements within TRREB/PropTx feeds!
What’s New:
- Remapping of municipality and community data to ensure properties are correctly filtered.
- Fixes issues caused when OREB switched to PropTx, which altered the raw data and led to filtering inconsistencies.
Why It Matters:
- Provides a more accurate and seamless search experience for users.
- Ensures properties appear under the correct municipalities and communities, improving search relevance.
This update helps us maintain the highest standard of property data accuracy.
