New Features and Updates:
CRM Lead Import – Update Existing Leads
We’ve upgraded the Lead Import functionality in the CRM to give you more control when managing your database. This powerful new feature lets you update existing leads without the need for manual support requests, streamlining your workflows and saving valuable time.
Update Existing Leads via Import
- When importing a list of leads, you’ll now be prompted with new options for how the system should handle existing leads.
Choose How to Handle Existing Fields
You can now decide how to apply updates to leads already in the system:
- Override existing data — New values from the file will replace the values currently in the lead’s profile.
- Fill empty fields only — New values will only be added where the lead’s fields are currently blank, preserving existing data.
Welcome Email Option
- You’ll also see a toggle that lets you choose whether to send a welcome email to the imported leads.
Why This Matters
- Faster database updates: You no longer need to contact support to mass-update existing leads.
- Flexible data control: Choose whether to preserve current data or update everything.
- Improved lead onboarding: Control when and if welcome emails go out, ensuring a smooth client experience.
How It Works
- Go to your CRM and start a lead import as usual.
- Upload your file (CSV or Excel).
- On the Import Options screen:
- Choose how to handle existing leads:
- Override existing data
- Update only empty fields
- Choose whether or not to send the welcome email.
- Choose how to handle existing leads:
- Complete the import.
Use Case Examples
- Updating phone numbers or tags without overwriting custom notes.
- Filling in missing lead details from offline sources or other platforms.
- Adding leads from new campaigns without spamming them with duplicate welcome emails.
If you have questions or encounter any issues, please contact our support team. We’re happy to help you make the most of this new functionality.
TRREB Feed – New Locker Filter
We’ve added a Locker filter to property search on the TRREB feed, giving agents and clients more precise control over their search preferences.
What’s New
Locker Filter Added
- You can now filter listings based on Locker availability.
- This filter appears in the search interface when using the TRREB data feed.
Benefits
Refined Search Experience
- Users can easily narrow results to only show listings with or without lockers, based on client preferences.
Improved Client Service
- Especially helpful for buyers looking at condos or buildings where storage space is important.
More Accurate Matchmaking
- Enables agents to tailor property matches more precisely to client needs, improving satisfaction and conversion potential.
How It Works
- Go to the search filters section for TRREB listings.
- Under Features or Amenities, you’ll see a new option labeled Locker.
- Select:
- Yes – Show only properties that include a locker
- No – Show only properties without a locker
- Any – Default setting, includes all properties
Use Case Example
- A client shopping for a downtown condo insists on having additional storage for bikes or equipment.
With the new Locker filter, you can instantly pull only listings that include a locker, saving time and showing higher-quality matches.
