New Features and Updates:
CRM - Campaign Editor – Improved UI for Edited Actions & Silent Hours Placeholder
We’ve made the Campaign Editor easier to navigate and more intuitive:
- A clear border and icon now highlight the edited action, so you always know where you work within the e-campaign editor.
- When you enable Silent Hours, a default placeholder of 9 PM – 9 AM will automatically appear, helping you quickly set appropriate quiet times for communications.
CRM - Lead Sharing by Board for Corporate Accounts
We’re introducing a new Lead Sharing option, By Board, which is available exclusively for corporate accounts. This enhancement eliminates the need for manual lead re-assignment and ensures leads are distributed only to agents working in the relevant areas.
With this feature:
- Leads will be assigned by round-robin to agents who operate in the area where the lead signed up.
- Example: A lead signing up on a property in Toronto will be assigned to one of the TRREB agents.
- A lead signing up on a Vancouver property will be assigned to one of the GVR agents.
- Example: A lead signing up on a property in Toronto will be assigned to one of the TRREB agents.
- The agent’s board is automatically detected based on the feeds configured on their sub-user website.
- A new option to assign a Designated Agent has been added:
- This agent will receive leads that sign up for properties not tied to any feed/board.
- The designated agent will be responsible for re-assigning such leads.
- If no designated agent is assigned, these leads will go to the website owner.
- This agent will receive leads that sign up for properties not tied to any feed/board.
- We’ve also improved the UI design of the Lead Sharing settings for better clarity and ease of use.
CRM - Mass Emails – Monthly Remaining Emails Counter
We’ve added a monthly email counter to the Mass Emails section in the CRM. This feature allows better campaign planning and avoids failed mass email attempts due to insufficient credits.
With this improvement:
- Users can now see the number of remaining emails for the current month directly in the top-right corner of the Mass Email overview page.
- This helps clients plan their campaigns in advance.
- Users can also purchase additional email credits ahead of time, preventing interruptions when sending mass emails.
CRM - AI Bot – SMS Notifications for “Needs Follow-Up” Detection
Previously, when our AI Bot detected that a lead required a follow-up, the assigned agent only received an email notification. With this update, agents avoid missing critical follow-up opportunities and improve lead engagement.
With this update:
- Agents will also receive an SMS notification whenever the AI Bot flags a lead as “Needs Follow-Up”.
This ensures that agents can respond promptly even when away from their email inbox.
CMS - Websites – Mobile UI Improvements
We’ve made several updates to improve the appearance and consistency of websites on mobile devices and provide a smoother, more professional user experience.
The improvements include:
- Adjusted spacing between sections for a cleaner look
- Improved padding and margins for better readability
- Ensured font consistency across sections
- Fixed the distorted footer section for a more polished appearance
