CRM – Home Worth & New Lead Registration Email Notification Improvements
We have improved the email notifications sent to agents for Home Worth submissions and certain new lead registrations. These updates ensure that agents receive complete, relevant information and that notifications are sent to the correct recipient.
What’s Changed
- Enhanced Home Worth Notification Email
The Home Worth notification email sent to agents will now include full property evaluation details, such as:- Property address
- City
- Home type
- Other relevant Home Worth submission details
- Previously, this email only included the lead’s contact information.
- Correct Notification Recipient
- Home Worth notification emails will now be sent to the main agent assigned to the lead, rather than the website owner.
- This ensures the correct agent receives the inquiry and can follow up without delay.
- Improved New Lead Registration Emails
- If a lead registers through Home Worth or Smart Match and provides an address, that address will now be included in the New Lead Registration email notification.
- If a lead registers through Home Worth or Smart Match and provides an address, that address will now be included in the New Lead Registration email notification.
These improvements were made based on client feedback to ensure agents receive all critical context when a lead submits a Home Worth request or registers with property details. This reduces confusion, improves response quality, and prevents missed follow-ups.
CRM – Preserve Phone Number Validity on Subscription Unsubscribe
We have updated how the CRM handles phone numbers when a lead unsubscribes through the website’s Subscription Settings. This change ensures that unsubscribing from SMS communication does not incorrectly affect the phone number’s validity status.
What’s Changed
- When a lead unsubscribes via the Subscription Settings page on the website, they will now be unsubscribed from SMS only.
- The phone number will no longer be marked as invalid or opted out at the system level.
- The lead’s phone number remains valid and usable for future workflows where appropriate.
Previously, unsubscribing through Subscription Settings could change the phone number’s validity to “opted out,” which caused confusion and limited future communication options. This update ensures a clear separation between communication preferences and phone number validity.
CMS/CRM – Open House Digital Sign-In Page Improvements
We have introduced several improvements to the Open House digital sign-in page to provide agents with greater flexibility, better data capture, and more accurate representation of agent information. These updates enhance both the on-site experience for visitors and the quality of data saved in the CRM.
What’s New
- Agent Information Selection Per Open House
- Agents can now choose which agent’s information is displayed on each individual open house sign-in page.
- Agent details (name, photo, contact information) are pulled directly from the selected CRM user’s preferences.
- This setting applies per open house and affects only what is displayed on the website.
- It does not impact lead sharing, lead assignment, or any other CRM logic.
- Agents can now choose which agent’s information is displayed on each individual open house sign-in page.
- Custom Fields (CF) as Form Questions
- Agents can select any existing CRM Custom Field and use it as a question on the open house sign-in form.
- Answers submitted by the lead are saved directly into the corresponding Custom Field in the lead’s profile.
- If the selected Custom Field already has a value, the system will not overwrite it. Instead, a note will be created in the lead profile with the newly submitted information.
- Agents can select any existing CRM Custom Field and use it as a question on the open house sign-in form.
- New Address Question Type
- A new address question type has been added to the sign-in form.
- When used, the lead’s home address is saved directly to their lead profile instead of being stored only as a note.
- A new address question type has been added to the sign-in form.
These improvements were designed to reduce manual data entry, improve accuracy, and better support teams hosting open houses on behalf of multiple agents. Agents can now ensure the correct branding is shown while capturing structured, actionable data directly into the CRM.
Custom Form Widget – New Question Types
We have expanded the Custom Form widget to support additional question types, allowing agents to capture more structured and meaningful data directly into the CRM. These new options improve data consistency and reduce the need for manual updates after form submissions.
What’s New
- Custom Fields as Questions
- Agents can now select any existing CRM Custom Field and add it as a question in a Custom Form.
- When a lead submits the form, the answer is saved directly into the selected Custom Field in the lead’s profile.
- A note will also be created in the lead profile to record the submission for reference.
- Lead Address Question Type
- A new “Lead Address” question type has been added.
- The submitted address will be saved directly to the lead’s profile.
- The address will be displayed underneath the lead’s contact information, consistent with how addresses are stored for Home Worth and StreetMatch leads.
These improvements make Custom Forms more powerful and flexible, allowing agents to collect high-quality, structured data at the point of registration without additional follow-up or CRM cleanup.
