CRM – Listing Emails – Home Value Prompt
We have added a new call to action in listing emails to encourage lead engagement and create additional conversion opportunities. This enhancement introduces a “Get Your Home Value” prompt directly within listing email templates.
What’s New
- A new section has been added to the bottom of the email list.
- The section includes a prompt for leads to “Get Your Home Value.”
- When clicked, the lead is redirected to the agent’s Home Worth page, where they can submit their address for a property evaluation.

This update adds an additional touchpoint to existing email communication, encouraging leads to engage beyond browsing listings. It supports both buyer and potential seller engagement within a single email flow.

CMS – Form Widgets – Default Lead Source Update
We’ve updated how lead sources are assigned for form submissions across multiple form widgets. This ensures more accurate tracking of lead sources without requiring manual configuration.
What’s New
- If no custom lead source is set in the widget settings, the system will now automatically assign the page URL as the lead source.
- Previously, the default source was the website URL.
- This applies to the following widgets:
- Custom Form Widget
- Custom Form Widget (created via Custom Widget Templates)
- Custom Contact Widget
- Get in Touch Widget
- Sidebar Contact Widget

This update provides more precise attribution by capturing the exact page where the lead converted, rather than only the main website domain.

We’ve introduced two new filters to the TRREB feed to help users refine their property search with greater precision. These additions focus on commonly requested home features, making it easier to match properties with specific client needs.

- Bedroom on Main Floor (Yes/No)
- A new filter allows users to search for properties that include a bedroom on the main floor.
- Values: Yes / No
- Garage Availability (Yes/No)
- A new filter allows users to identify whether a property includes a garage.
- Values: Yes / No
