October 2026 Release

Save Listing Searches as Reusable Templates

What’s new: You can now save a lead’s Saved Listing Search criteria as a template and reuse it for other leads.

Create a template

  1. Open a lead and start creating or updating a Saved Listing Search.
  2. Enter the search criteria and a search name.
  3. Click Save As Template in the upper-right corner.

Apply a template

  1. While creating or updating a lead’s search, click Apply Saved Template (upper-right).
  2. Choose a template from the list. Templates are listed alphabetically.
  3. Adjust filters for this lead if needed. Changes you make here don’t alter the template.

Update or duplicate a template

After applying a template, two buttons appear in the upper-right:

  • Update Template overwrites the existing template with your current criteria.
  • Save As New saves your current criteria as a separate template.

Delete a template

Open the Apply Saved Template dropdown and click the Bin icon next to the template name.

Good to know

  • Updating a template does not change lead searches you previously created from it.
  • Filters can be changed for an individual lead at any time without affecting the template.

New Listing Frequency Change Prompt for Inactive Leads

Background: If a lead doesn’t interact with listing emails for an extended period, the system automatically reduces how often they receive them. This protects your sender reputation so your emails don’t end up in spam.

What’s new: When a lead whose frequency was reduced returns to your website, they see a prompt asking whether they’d like to receive listings more often. They can choose a new frequency or keep the current one.

How it works

  • The prompt appears at most once every 30 days per lead.
  • You’ll be notified whenever a lead changes their listing email frequency, so you can follow up.

See Which Properties a Lead Unliked

What’s new: The Lead Activity modal now shows properties a lead has unliked, and when.

How to find it

  1. Open the lead’s Lead Activity modal.
  2. Unliked properties show a banner reading “Lead unliked property on MM/DD/YYYY”, and the heart icon is grey instead of red.

Why it matters

  • You get a fuller picture of the lead’s search activity and another talking point.
  • The Lead Last Liked Property filter is now more accurate. It previously also caught leads who had liked and then unliked a property.

Good to know: Unlikes made before this release won’t appear.

Property Map Locations for Seller Leads

What’s new: When a lead registers through your HomeWorth or StreetMatch page, the map location of their property is now saved together with their home address.

How it works: If the lead changes the address they selected, only the most recent choice is kept.

Listing Emails Continue After a Single Bounce

What changed: Previously, one bounced listing email stopped all listing emails to that lead. Because bounces can come from a temporary glitch on the lead’s email service, the system now keeps sending after a single bounce.

How it works now

  • First bounce: listing emails continue.
  • If the next email also bounces: listing emails stop.

No action is needed on your end.

CRM Text Message Alerts Without a Twilio Account

Manage your alerts: Go to User Preferences in your CRM. You can receive a text alert when:

  • you receive a new lead, or a lead is assigned to you
  • a lead looks at the same property 3 times
  • a lead becomes active after 30 days
  • a lead unsubscribes from your emails
  • a lead becomes active for the first time, or after 4 hours
  • a lead creates a new saved search or updates an existing one
  • a lead submits a qualifying questionnaire
  • a task is due
