CMS/CRM Update — Property View Triggered Showing Request Modal

We’re excited to introduce a smart, conversion-driven update to the CMS/CRM system — a Showing Request Modal that automatically engages leads when they’ve shown significant interest in a property. This small, timely prompt can turn browsing behaviour into real showing opportunities, increasing lead conversion and agent engagement.

Property View Trigger Modal

  • A pop-up modal will appear when a lead views the same property 3 or more times.
  • The modal invites the lead to book a preferred showing time to see the property in person.

Agent Notification + System Note

  • If the lead books a time:
    • The assigned agent receives a notification showing a request in the CRM.
    • A system note with the property info and requested time is automatically added to the lead’s profile.

One-Time Per Property

  • The pop-up will only appear once per property per lead—it won’t keep reappearing on the 5th, 6th, or subsequent visits.

  • Increases Lead Conversion: Proactively engages leads at the right moment when interest is high.

CMS Update — Improved Redirect & Unavailable Page Templates

We’ve enhanced the Redirect Page and unavailable page templates across all new platform sites in the CMS Site Manager. The update focuses on improving the user experience, presenting a more professional look, and refining the messaging—removing the old Travolta GIF and updating the wording to maintain a polished, brand-consistent tone.

Updated Page Templates

  • The Redirect Page and Unavailable Page now use clean, modern layouts.
  • Removed the Travolta confused GIF previously displayed on these pages.

Professionalized Messaging

  • The wording has been revised for clarity, friendliness, and professionalism.
  • It helps users understand what’s happening and what actions to take next.

No need to take any action—these updated templates have been automatically applied to all new platform sites.
