Release 2.38.

New Features and Updates:

CRM - Templates - Changes to Be Reflected in Campaigns

We’ve introduced an enhancement to streamline how email and SMS templates are managed within campaigns.

What’s New:
When a user edits a template (email or SMS) that is used in one or more campaigns, those changes will now automatically reflect in all related campaigns.

Key Details:

  • If a campaign is using a template and the template was not manually edited inside that campaign, any update made to the original template will auto-update across all uses.
  • If the template was edited directly inside the campaign (customized), those manual edits will be preserved, and the global template update will not override the custom content in that specific campaigns.

Why It Matters:

Previously, users had to manually locate and edit each campaign using a template to reflect new changes. This was time-consuming and risked inconsistency in client communication.
This update ensures messaging remains consistent and significantly reduces manual overhead.

Use Case Example:
An agent updates the wording in a follow-up email template. Instead of searching through every campaign using that template to apply the change, the system will now automatically sync the update—unless a campaign has its own custom version of the message.

CRM - Campaign Editor – Automatic Assignment Trigger Update

We’ve refined the Automatic Assignment logic within the Campaign Editor to give users more control over which leads get assigned to campaigns.

What’s changed:
Previously, the “At Registration” trigger included both newly registered leads and imported leads, which often led to past clients receiving irrelevant campaign content.

With this update:

  • “At Registration” will now only apply to registered leads through your website.
  • A separate trigger, “Always”, remains available for users who want a campaign assigned to any lead (regardless of how it entered the CRM).

Why It Matters:

Clients expressed concerns that imported leads (such as past clients or cold leads) were being enrolled in onboarding or nurture campaigns that were not meant for them. This update prevents that by making campaign enrolment more precise and relevant.

Use Case Example:

An agent imports a list of previous clients into the CRM. With the updated trigger logic, those clients will no longer receive “New Lead” email campaigns intended for first-time site registrants—unless the agent explicitly selects the “Always” option.

Impact:
This change helps avoid accidental miscommunication, improves segmentation, and ensures the right message is sent to the right audience. Users do not need to take any action—existing campaigns will automatically follow the new logic.

CRM – Listing Exposure Tool – "My Database Only" Filter

The Listing Exposure Tool now includes a checkbox to filter exposure results by your own CRM database only. This allows agents to better understand the potential reach of a listing based solely on the leads they personally have access to.

What’s New:

  • A new checkbox: “My Database Only”
  • When checked, the exposure report calculates potential reach based only on leads in your company account.
  • When unchecked, the tool shows the potential reach across the entire AgentLocator platform.
  • A new button gives you the option to navigate directly to your dashboard to see which of your leads are being targeted.

Why This Matters:

This update was driven by client feedback to improve the seller tool and bring more transparency into listing exposure results. Agents can now more accurately present seller reports based on their own CRM data, which makes their presentations more personalized and realistic.

Use Case Example:

You’re preparing a listing presentation for a potential seller. By using the “My Database Only” filter, you can show them exactly how many of your own leads match the property criteria—backed with direct access to those lead profiles for follow-up.

Key Benefits:

  • Greater transparency for seller reports
  • Helps agents focus on their own reach
  • Encourages more meaningful conversations with potential sellers
  • Provides a direct path to view targeted leads within your CRM

No additional setup is required—this new filter is now available inside the Listing Exposure Tool.

CRM – Customizable Account Activation Email Template

Account owners now have the ability to customize the content of the Account Activation Email sent to leads—offering greater flexibility in messaging, branding, and communication tone.

What’s New:

  • Editable Email Sections at the company level:
    • Subject Line
    • Text Above the Activation Button
    • Footer Text

Note: Required legal content, such as disclaimers and the unsubscribe option, will remain untouched and visible at all times.

Purpose:
This update was initiated in response to client and staff feedback requesting the ability to tailor the email to better match branding, voice, or internal processes—while keeping regulatory content intact.

Key Benefits:

  • Stronger brand consistency across all communications
  • Ability to customize tone and messaging to suit client or team preferences
  • Streamlined experience for lead onboarding and activation
  • Increased trust and engagement by aligning email copy with known messaging

Access & Permissions:

  • Editable by account owners only
  • Settings are applied company-wide and will affect all lead-gen leads in the CRM
  • Available under Company Settings > Email Templates > Account Activation

This enhancement ensures that every touchpoint with a new lead is aligned with your brand and business goals.

CMS – Site Manager – Widget Edit/Settings Button Positioning

We’ve improved the editing experience in Site Manager by adjusting the positioning of all actionable buttons, including settings and warning banners. When hovered over in edit mode, these items will now appear consistently centred at the top of each widget.

What’s New:

  • All widget-related action buttons and system messages are top-centred regardless of widget size or content.
  • No more scrolling through long content blocks to access settings or fix warnings.
  • Applies to all editable widgets across the website builder.

Why It Matters:

This update significantly improves the ease of use for agents editing their websites, reducing friction and saving time when customizing pages.

Feeds – DDF – New Office Feed – Century 21 Carrie Realty

A new DDF office feed has been added for Century 21 Carrie Realty, allowing their office listings to be automatically imported into the AgentLocator platform.

What’s New:

  • Integration of a new office-level DDF feed for Century 21 Carrie Realty.
  • Listings from this office will now automatically sync and display on the associated agent websites and CRMs.

Why It Matters:
This feed allows Century 21 Carrie Realty agents to have their listings pulled directly from DDF without the need for manual entry or third-party feeds. It improves efficiency, ensures listing data is always up to date, and reduces administrative workload.
