Release 2.42.

New Features and Updates:

CRM – Import Enhancements for Notes and Tags

We have introduced an improvement to the lead import process, allowing greater flexibility when mapping system fields during data upload. Previously, the “Notes” and “Tags” fields could only be mapped once, which caused limitations for clients importing files that contained multiple notes or multiple tags per lead.

With this update, both “Notes” and “Tags” can now be selected multiple times during field mapping. This allows you to import multiple notes entries and multiple tag values from your file without needing to merge or manually edit them after the import.

What’s improved:

  • “Notes” can now be mapped more than once during lead import.
  • “Tags” can also be mapped multiple times.
  • Leads will correctly receive all mapped notes and tags, improving accuracy and reducing manual adjustments.
  • Enables cleaner data migration from other CRMs or spreadsheets that store multiple note/tag fields.

This enhancement ensures a smoother and more efficient workflow for anyone importing larger databases or complex lead files.

CRM – Dashboard Filters: New Operators for Numerical Custom Fields

We have expanded the filtering capabilities within the CRM dashboard to provide more precise control when working with numerical custom fields. Until now, custom fields of type “number” supported only basic comparison operators, which limited filtering flexibility for many use cases.

With this update, two additional middle operators have been added for numerical custom fields:

  • Greater than or equal to
  • Less than or equal to

These options now appear in the dashboard filters whenever a numerical custom field is selected.

What’s improved:

  • Agents can filter leads more accurately based on numerical values entered in custom fields.
  • The filtering options for numerical custom fields now match those already available in other dashboard filters, improving overall consistency.
  • Helps with workflows involving budgets, ratings, unit counts, or any other use case tied to custom numerical data.

This improvement enhances accuracy, usability, and alignment across the CRM’s filtering system.

CRM – Saved Search Filters: Typeahead for Filter Selection

We have introduced a usability improvement to the Saved Listing Search (SLS) setup workflow inside the CRM.

Previously, when creating or editing a Saved Search, users had to manually scroll through a lengthy dropdown list to find the desired filter. This could be time-consuming, especially for boards with a large number of filter options.

To make this process faster and more efficient, the Filter Item field (the first field in the SLS pop-up) now includes a typeahead search box.

What’s new:

  • Users can begin typing the name of the filter they need.
  • The list instantly narrows down to relevant matches.
  • No need to scroll through long lists to locate a specific filter.
  • Speeds up the process of building or adjusting Saved Searches.

Impact:

  • Improved workflow efficiency for agents who manage multiple Saved Searches.
  • Easier navigation in boards with extensive filter sets.
  • A more intuitive experience aligned with modern UI standards.

This improvement helps agents create precise SLS criteria faster and with fewer clicks. If you need assistance using the new typeahead feature, our support team is available to help.

CMS – Twilio-Validated Registration Form Template

To help clients reduce spam registrations and fake contact information, we have introduced a new registration form template in the Site Manager that uses Twilio’s free validation service.

Previously, website visitors could submit invalid phone numbers (such as “1234”), which created low-quality leads and additional manual cleanup work for agents. This new template ensures that the phone number entered is a real and valid number before the registration can be submitted.

Key Details:

  • The form uses Twilio’s validation to check whether the phone number exists.
  • The system does not check phone number ownership—only whether the number itself is valid.
  • Visitors with invalid numbers will be unable to submit the registration form.
  • This validation happens in real time, preventing fake or incomplete numbers from entering the CRM.

Benefits:

  • Reduces spam and fake registrations.
  • Improves lead quality and ensures cleaner CRM data.
  • Saves time for agents by eliminating invalid entries from the start.
  • No extra cost to clients, as Twilio’s lookup service used here is free.

This template can be selected and applied directly from the Site Manager. If you need assistance setting it up, our support team is available to help.
