Release 2.09.

New Features and Updates:

Email Notification Improvements: New lead registration now include property leads registered on

We are excited to announce a new feature that enhances the “New Lead Registered” email notification. We aim to empower you to be more productive while on the go. With this latest update, we have included the specific property through which a lead registered on your website.

Previously, when a lead registered via a property on our website, the notification email provided basic information about the new lead. However, we realized that it would be more convenient and efficient for you to have immediate access to the property the lead registered through.

Hence, we have implemented this enhancement to provide you with that crucial information.

By including the property in the “New Lead Registered” notification email, you can now easily identify the context and source of the lead’s registration. This feature saves you valuable time and lets you prioritize and respond to leads promptly, even when you are away from your desk.

Facebook Integration Update: Automatic Tag Assignment for Duplicate Leads

We are thrilled to introduce an enhanced tag functionality that greatly benefits your lead management process.

Previously, when existing leads registered again through a Facebook Form with tags selected, they were not automatically assigned any new tags. This required manual effort on your part to assign tags, which could be time-consuming and prone to errors. However, we have listened to your feedback and developed a solution to save you valuable time and simplify your database organization.

Introducing our latest update: existing leads will now receive assigned tags when they register again through a Facebook Form with tags selected. This means that you no longer need to manually assign tags to these leads, as our system will take care of it automatically. By streamlining this process, we aim to enhance your efficiency and provide you with more accurate insights into your leads.

We understand the importance of tags for your database organization and automation features. Tags allow you to gain quick insights into your leads and leverage automation for tasks like auto-assignment and triggering specific email or SMS campaigns. With the new functionality, you can seamlessly integrate lead data from Facebook Forms with your existing tagging system.

When an existing lead fills out a new Facebook Form, the lead profile will be updated with the tags assigned to that form. This ensures that you have up-to-date information on your leads’ preferences and activities related to your ads. Additionally, leads can fill in multiple Facebook Forms, and all the relevant tags will be assigned accordingly, enabling you to capture their diverse interests accurately.

To maintain the integrity of your database, duplicate tags will not be assigned. This ensures that your tag system remains clean and uncluttered, allowing for better organization and analysis. You can rely on our system to handle the assignment of tags accurately, saving you from the hassle of manually reviewing and removing duplicate tags.

This enhanced tag functionality will significantly improve your lead management experience and empower you to make data-driven decisions more efficiently. We value your feedback and encourage you to share any suggestions or additional features that could further enhance your experience.

Feeds Update: New Search Option on Pillar 9

This new feature will greatly enhance the property search capabilities for our users. We understand that finding the right property in the real estate industry requires access to comprehensive information. With that in mind, we have implemented a powerful search functionality that allows users to search by public remarks.

Users of the Pillar 9 MLS system can now refine their property search by utilizing the information available within the public remarks section. We recognize that certain criteria and details about a property may only be mentioned within the public remarks, which were previously inaccessible for search purposes. However, with this latest update, users can now leverage the content of public remarks to perform a more refined search.

By enabling the search by public remarks feature, we provide our users with a valuable tool to uncover properties that meet their specific criteria. Whether it’s unique selling points, special features, or other essential details mentioned in the public remarks section, this feature ensures that no valuable information is overlooked during the search process.

This enhancement will greatly benefit our users, allowing them to make more informed decisions based on a broader range of property attributes. It empowers real estate professionals and individuals to find properties that align with their needs and preferences.
