CMS Update: Expanded Listing Statuses for ITSO VOW Feed

We are excited to announce a significant enhancement to our ITSO VOW feed, providing leads with a more comprehensive range of listing statuses. This update allows your leads to search for properties across various statuses, enhancing the property search experience.

Additionally, we are introducing a new status category, “Other,” with sub-statuses such as “Cancelled,” “Expired,” “Hold,” and “Incomplete.” We are also adding a “Conditional” sub-status for “For Sale” and “For Rent” statuses.

Furthermore, sub-statuses like “Pending” and “Closed” will be available for the “Sold” status, although they will not be selectable on the user interface.

Key Features:

  • Expanded Listing Statuses: The ITSO VOW feed now includes a broader range of listing statuses, allowing users to search for properties across various status categories.
  • New Status Category “Other”: We have introduced a new status category called “Other,” which includes sub-statuses like “Cancelled,” “Expired,” “Hold,” and “Incomplete.” This category accommodates listings that may not fit traditional status categories.
  • Conditional Sub-Status: Users can now apply the “Conditional” sub-status to listings that are “For Sale” or “For Rent.” This sub-status indicates that the listing is subject to certain conditions.
  • Additional Sub-Statuses: Sub-statuses such as “Pending” and “Closed” are now available for the “Sold” status. While these sub-statuses will not be selectable on the user interface, they provide more detailed information about the status of sold listings.

Benefits of the Update:

  • Comprehensive Search Options: Leads can now search for properties across various statuses, allowing for more refined and specific property searches.
  • Improved Listing Clarity: The introduction of the “Other” category and additional sub-statuses provides greater clarity and transparency regarding the status of listings.
  • Improved User Experience: This update aligns our platform with industry standards and allows users to tailor their property searches to their specific needs, matching competitors’ offerings.
  • Detailed Status Information: Including sub-statuses for “Sold” listings offers your leads more detailed information about the progress of these transactions.

CMS Update: Improved Status Menu Settings in Site Manager for All Boards

We are delighted to introduce an essential enhancement to our Site Manager that empowers clients to customize the property statuses displayed on their website.

With the new “Status Menu Settings” feature, clients can now choose to hide specific statuses such as “For Sale,” “For Rent,” “Sold,” or “Rented” based on their preferences. This update is designed to give clients greater control over the content displayed on their websites and streamline the user experience.

Key Features:

  • Customizable Status Display: The “Status Menu Settings” feature allows clients to hide specific property statuses (e.g., For Sale, For Rent, Sold, Rented) on their website. Clients can choose to display only the statuses relevant to their business.
  • Lead Warning for SLS: If a client hides a status that is part of a saved lead search (SLS) for a lead, that lead will receive a warning when they visit the website. The warning informs them that some statuses have been hidden but gives them the option to proceed.
  • Tagging and System Note: If the lead proceeds despite the warning, they will be tagged, and a system note will be added to their profile. This provides agents with valuable information about leads who continued their search despite hidden statuses.

Benefits of the Update:

  • Customized Website Content: Clients can tailor their website’s property statuses to align with their business focus. For example, agents who primarily deal with sales can choose to hide rental statuses, creating a more relevant user experience.
  • Improved User Experience: Clients can enhance the user experience on their websites by simplifying the property search process and focusing on the statuses that matter most to their target audience.
  • Lead Insights: The warning and tagging system provides agents with insights into leads who are interested in hidden statuses. This information can inform follow-up strategies and lead engagement.
  • Increased Efficiency: By hiding irrelevant statuses, clients can streamline their website content, making it more efficient and user-friendly for visitors.

We believe that the “Status Menu Settings” feature will empower our clients to create websites that better reflect their business priorities and improve the user experience for their visitors.
