CMS - Featured Listings - Criteria Should Work in Combination with Agent ID/Brokerage/City
The results will be returned based on a combination of Agent ID, Brokerage, and City alongside the specified listing criteria in the Featured Listings widget settings. This means that:
- Listings will be filtered to match the Agent ID/Brokerage/City and the additional criteria the user sets.
- No properties will be shown that do not match the specified criteria, except for manually entered MLS numbers.
- Previously, the listing criteria were only considered if the widget couldn’t be filled with listings from the Agent ID up to the specified number of rows/listings.
This improvement ensures that the featured listings displayed are more relevant and meet the precise criteria set by the user.

We will standardize the sign-in modal across all device types for existing users. This alignment ensures that:

We are introducing a new type of filter, a dropdown list with a typeahead box. This improvement provides the following benefits:
- Improved Usability: When a dropdown list contains a large number of values, it can be difficult to manually sort through them all. The typeahead box lets users quickly search and filter the list by typing in relevant keywords.
- Improved Search Efficiency: The typeahead functionality will search through the list as the user types, displaying matching results instantly. This makes it easier and faster for users to find the exact value they need.
- User-Friendly Interface: This feature will improve the user experience by providing a more intuitive and efficient way to interact with extensive dropdown lists.

We are adding filters to RAE VOW that match those available on RAE. This improvement aims to:
- Ensure that all filters available on RAE are also accessible on RAE VOW.
- Ease the transition for clients moving from RAE to RAE VOW.
- Enable users to create and manage Saved Listing Searches (SLS) seamlessly, with consistent filtering options across both platforms.
This improvement ensures users have a consistent and comprehensive filtering experience, facilitating a smoother transition to the RAE VOW system.
Here is a list of matching search criteria: Area, Balcony, Bedrooms Above Grade, Condo Name, Elevator, Maintenance Fee, Fireplace Style, Major Use Description, Secondary Suite, Ensuite, Fronting, Frontage, Garage Spaces, Garage Type, Days on Website, Neighbourhood.
